Position Title: Training Coordinator

Provide training and technical assistance to supervisory staff in all aspects of program service delivery. Assist the Director of Training in the developement, coordination and delivery of orientation and ongoing training programs throughout the Agency.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related human services field.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in DD or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in staff development and or training
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal and State regulations governing the operation of Agency programs
  • Knowledge of development and maintenance of data base systems and proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Must be able to travel to all Agency facilities to provide training and/or technical assistance as needed.
